1. Shipping takes place via courier companies of the company’s choice. The couriers we nominate provide parcel tracking facilities to ensure that your order arrives safely at the specified delivery address and can be tracked at all times.
  2. We make every reasonable effort to arrange courier delivery to all areas, including outlying and rural locations. In the unlikely event that delivery cannot be completed to a specific area, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
  3. You must specify the place of delivery and the contact number(s) to be used in relation to the delivery for each order when placing such order. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for incorrect delivery and/or contact details.
  4. For courier service to main centres and other serviced areas, products will be delivered to the delivery address specified by you during the order process. If no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, the courier will contact the mobile number you have provided. Alternatively, a notice of attempted delivery may be left at the address. The courier will attempt redelivery once more; if unsuccessful, it is your responsibility to contact the courier company to arrange collection from the nearest depot or to schedule a new delivery date.
  5. If you fail to contact the courier within a reasonable time, the package may be returned to the company. We will attempt to contact you once via email to arrange re-delivery, which will be at your expense. If this contact is unsuccessful, the company will refund your payment, less any shipping costs incurred, provided the product is returned in a new, resaleable condition.
  6. Notwithstanding that the company nominates the courier, the courier is deemed to be your agent for delivery purposes. Delivery is deemed complete once the product has been handed over to the courier.
  7. If we cannot track a package that you have not received, you must inform the company. If the package is located, it will be delivered to the specified address following the normal delivery procedure. If it cannot be found, it will be declared lost, and you will be refunded for the purchase price of the goods as well as shipping charges, provided that the loss was not due to any act or omission on your part.
  8. While the company makes every effort to process and ship orders within 7 working days, this is subject to stock availability and receipt of payment.
  9. The company reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received, in which case you will be refunded in full. This may occur due to insufficient stock or if goods received do not meet the company’s quality standards.
  10. If you cancel an order after payment has been made, a refund will be issued provided the order has not yet been dispatched. If dispatch has occurred, you will need to follow the returns procedure.
  11. For delivery addresses outside the Republic of South Africa, additional shipping and related charges may apply. It is your responsibility to confirm the full cost before the order is finalised and dispatched.
  12. The company accepts no responsibility for the loss of packages due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
  13. It is your responsibility to determine any import duties, VAT, sales tax, or similar charges applicable in the destination country. The company is not responsible for these charges.
